Q : How frequency do I need to re-charge the battery pack ?
A : Usually 3 months to recharge the battery pack , to full charge the battery , it depends on the charger current you use ; 20A charger can make a 12V 100AH in full charge in 5 hours , fast charge use 50A charger to make it full charge in 2 hours 
 
Q : What is the sample delivery time ? How about bulk order ? How long I can get it ?
A : Sample 3~5 days , bulk order in about 15~20 days depends on order quantity , by air will take about 10 working days , by sea 30 working days , we also offer by train DDP services
 
Q : What is the warranty terms ?
