This rechargeable LiFePO4 battery pack TB-BL12125F support Bluetooth communication function. Through Android and IOS APP, can read the battery status and information. Short the pack with the lead (<50mΩ). If remove the lead away, connect the electronic loader with P+,P- of protection board again, so load ability comes back.

11 Over Discharge Protection furbish Charging With0.2C Charge the battery with 0.2C for 5min and measure the output voltage (≥25V)of the battery pack. The battery should have load .
12 Discharge Temperature Characteristics The ratio between discharge capacity and charge capacity should be not less than the following value At 20±5℃ discharge the battery with the current of0.2C to the cut-off voltage and record charge capacity. Store the battery at the following temperature for 2h and discharge the battery with 0.2Cto the cut-off voltage.

4. Storage and Transportation

 

1) Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
2) Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃~35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
3) The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
4) The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use
5) Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.

 

5. Warning & Tips

 

Please read and follow the specification and caution remarks on battery surface before use the battery. Improper use may cause heat, fire, rupture, damage or capacity deterioration of the battery.   • The battery must be far away from heat source, high voltage, and avoid to be exposed in sunshine for long time.
