3. Deep cycle lithium battery pack 12V 50Ah Safety Test

1 Short-Circuit The battery should be no remarkable breakage, distortion. And charge normally. Use a resistor with less than 0.05Ω to make the battery short circuit for 1 hour. The appearance and characteristics are normal.
2 Over Discharge Protection Test The battery should be no remarkable breakage, distortion. Appearance and charge are normal. Discharge the battery at the rate of 0.2C with the load of 30Ω for 24h . Charging for 10sec with specified adapter , and check the voltage(≥8.0V)
3 Impact Test The battery should be no explosion or catch fire Place a full charged battery on a flat and put a stainless steel stick (Diamond 7.9mm) in the middle of the battery upright . Beat the steel stick with 9.1Kg
 
 
4. Storage & Transportation
  • Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
  • Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃~35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
  • The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
  • The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use.
  • Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.
